Yoga

Two six-week sessions of Yoga classes.  Beginner Yoga from 6:00-7:00PM, begins Monday, January 14 continuing until February 18 in Fellowship Hall. Chair Yoga from 4:30-5:15PM begins Tuesday, January 15 continuing until February 19 in the Youth Room. Certified instructor, Janet Stachowiak leads poses encouraging strength, flexibility and relaxation.  A donation of $5 per session is suggested. Yoga mats are available.  Please use the Church back door to enter Fellowship Hall.  All are welcome!
